The exhibition will be held April 24 - 26 2014.
We are working actively to make the commercial exhibition as attractive as possible for the participants. The interaction between exhibitors and participants is facilitated by placing coffee breaks, lunches and poster sessions into the exhibition area. We are open for further suggestions in this field.
For making it easier for you we will open a link where you can express your interest for being an exhibitor. There you can also tell if you want to have an advertisement in the program book. |

General information for exhibitors
The exhibition will open Thursday April 24 at noon and closes Saturday April 26 at 3 p.m. Delivery and mounting can start early Wednesday April 23. All equipment should be out of the venue latest Sunday evening.
Cost per m2 is SEK 3500
The registration fee for participation will be SEK 5500
Package 1 1-4 persons pay 1 registration fee which includes one gala dinner the rest pay SEK 600/person
Package 2 5-10 persons pay 2 registration fees two gala dinner is included the rest pay SEK 600/person
For all exhibitors lunches and coffee breaks, and the get together party is included as well as free access to all lectures. After booking and confirmation you will be invoiced 40% of the total cost. The rest will be invoiced after the conference is finished |

Sponsoring
You will have the possibility to support the Symposium by a directed financial contribution or by sponsoring selected arrangements in the scientific or social program. “The Exhibitors evening” will be arranged on Friday evening, April 26th. The event will be arranged and financed by all exhibitors together. Your united support will guarantee to make this evening a success. |

No own alcohol may be brought to the exhibitor evening.
Alcohol must be bought through Waterfronts restaurant.
