The poster area is allocated entirely in the centre of action, surrounded by all exhibitors and close to coffee and other services. You can´t keep away from it! Therefore, take the opportunity to communicate and share all your interesting ongoing projects, new methods and results.
You are most welcome to submit abstracts for posters and/or oral communications!

Preparing the Abstract:
Typing: The abstract is written in English, and the text - not exceeding 250 words - in a word document (Title, Authors, address, and the abstract
Submission: Your complete abstract should be submitted electronically (upload link ).
Deadline: Deadline for submission: 10 March.
Confirmation: Evaluation of abstract will be confirmed (acceptance or rejection) by email.

Poster instructions:
Poster boards are 1 meter wide and 2 meters high (portrait format), and posters can be affixed by pins, available near your poster board.
A poster board number will be provided by e-mail when your abstract is accepted.
Posters should be mounted directly when the meeting opens and stay mounted until the end of the meeting.
Authors are requested to be in attendance at their poster for discussion, at the poster session scheduled at Friday 17.00, before exhibitors evening.
